First release
The first version of Fruit Drop for the App Store: physics merging, an 11-fruit chain, and a blessing draft on top.
The game
- An 11-tier fruit chain from Cherry to Watermelon, drawn with Microsoft's Fluent Emoji 3D art.
- Two watermelons that meet vanish together for a 200-point bonus.
- Combos: merges less than 0.55 seconds apart multiply your score by 1.5 per step.
- One-finger controls: drag to aim, release to drop.
Blessings
- Seven blessings: Magnet, Deep Bin, Lucky Draw, Combo Master, Cleaver, Hammer, and Swap.
- The first draft arrives at merge six. Later drafts come further apart as the run goes on.
- Hold up to three blessings at a time. When your slots are full, drafts come half as often.
- The board freezes the moment a draft opens, so nothing moves while you choose.
Physics
- A 120 Hz solver with rolling friction, so fruit rolls and settles naturally.
- Fruit resting in the pile goes still and stops jittering or spinning forever.
- The two halves of a cleaved fruit no longer merge straight back together.
Shop, sound, and polish
- Optional item packs that add Cleaver, Hammer, and Swap uses. Each purchase is saved to your stock before it's confirmed with the App Store.
- Sound effects that respect the silent switch and mix with your music.
- A new app icon, splash screen, and a Credits screen for every asset's authors.
- A privacy manifest that declares no tracking and no collected data.
