Before you file
- Search open issues first. If yours is already there, add a comment or a 👍 instead of a duplicate.
- Check the FAQ for launch dates, pricing, and data questions.
- For a bug, the most useful details are your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version (Settings → Apps → Fruit Drop, or the App Store page), and the steps that led to it. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Purchases and refunds
Item packs are sold by Apple through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a pack you paid for didn't show up in the game, report a bug and we'll look into it.
