Privacy Policy
Short version: Fruit Drop collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics, and no ad tracking.
The Fruit Drop app
We don't collect, store, or share personal data. The app has no sign-in and no analytics or advertising SDKs, and we run no servers that it reports to.
Two things are saved on your device only, using iOS's standard app storage (UserDefaults):
- Your best score, so the game can show your record.
- Your item stock, meaning how many Cleaver, Hammer, and Swap uses you've bought and not yet used.
This data never leaves your phone. Deleting the app deletes it. The app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types.
In-app purchases
Optional item packs are sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles the whole purchase.
- Apple processes the payment. We never see your card number, billing address, name, email, or Apple Account.
- Apple reports sales to developers in aggregate only.
- Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
This website
This site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. It has no cookies, no analytics, no contact form, and no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a font CDN.
GitHub, as the host, may log standard request data such as IP addresses for security and operations. See GitHub's privacy statement.
The playable demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser and saves nothing.
Feedback and support
If you open a GitHub issue, what you write is public and handled under GitHub's terms. If you email us, we use your address only to reply, and we don't add it to any list.
Children
Fruit Drop collects no data from anyone, including children. Purchases are subject to the parental controls and Ask to Buy settings on the device.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: [email protected] or the support page.
